We work in telecommunications, surveillance, servers and networks, cabling and customized solutions. With all that work under our belts we thought is was time to share some insights here on the web.
In the next several months we will be sharing insights and information on new technology, customer successes, historical stories, and developments that are relevant to your business. We’ll also share the occasional funny story. I will also be sharing blog posts from technicians and other members of the RCI team.
This is not a technical blog. You don’t need to be in a technical field to follow it. This is a blog by a technology company written for people who don’t necessarily have any engineering experience. It is my goal to teach you about some of the relevant trends in the field of business technology and answer some of your questions along the way. I want to do this all in as clear a way as possible. I’m in the customer relations field. I’m not a technician. If I’m going to relate to you, I need to be able to speak in plain English.
